The words that get content shared on Facebook [INFOGRAPHIC]

Monday, May 5, 2014 Sven Hamberg

Making sure your content is shared on Facebook and other networks ultimately comes down to the quality of your content - that's a no-brainer. However, there are still levers to pull to make sure you leverage that awesome content you've published.

In this infographic from Quick Sprout you'll learn which words to use and which ones to avoid in order to maximise the sharing of your content.

That said, since this is based on aggregate data you might find that for your particular audience other words actually work better. If you are unsure however, or are starting to reach out to a new group of people you'll probably find that following these guidelines is your best bet until you've figured out what makes your audience tick.
