Understand the metrics

A

Actions: The number of times someone interacted with your page, app or event within 28 days of clicking on your ad or sponsored story. Here you can see the complete list with possible actions. /faq/how-can-i-identify-the-actions

Ads: Amount of ads published in your campaign. Click on the number to get more detailed information on the ads.

Avg. CPC: Average cost per click is the number of clicks divided by the total spent for the same time period.

Avg. CPM: Average cost per thousand impressions is the # of thousands of times your ad is displayed divided by total spend for the same time period.

Clicks: When a user clicks on your ad and gets redirected to your landing page a click is counted. If you are advertising a Facebook page or an event a like or a RSVP is also counted as a click.

Cost per order: Cost per orders is the total spent divided by Qwaya conversion orders.

CPA Actions: Cost Per Action is your spend divided by number of actions.

CPA Goals: Cost per Google Analytics goal completions, is spend divided by number of Google Analytics goals.

CPA Transactions: Cost Per Transactions is spend divided by transactions.

CR Actions: The conversion rate for Facebook Actions, number of actions divided by number of clicks.

CR Transactions: Conversion rate for Google Analytics Transactions. Number of transactions divided by number of clicks.

CR orders: Conversion rate for Qwaya conversion orders. Number of orders divided by number of clicks.

CTR: Click-through rate is the number of clicks your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shown on the Facebook (impressions) in the same time period. If your ads have been seen 100 times and clicked on 5 times, your CTR is 5%

CTR Social: Social Clicks divided by Social Impressions

D

Daily Budget: Daily budget is the maximum amount you are willing to spend per day on the campaign. When you have reached your daily budget your ads will not get any more impressions. Click on Campaign Settings in the bottom toolbar to change it.

End Time: End time for your campaign. Click on Campaign Settings in the bottom toolbar to change the date.

Frequency: Average number of times each person saw the ad. Goals: If you have set up conversion tracking with Google Analytics you will be able to see the number of goal completions your campaign has generated.

Impressions: Number of times the ad has been displayed.

O

Orders: If you have set up Qwaya conversion tracking and order is when the pixel fires on your website.

Order Values: The revenue for the orders when you use Qwaya conversion tracking.

R

Reach: Number of individual persons who saw the ad. This number might be less than impressions since the same person can see the ad multiple times.

Revenue: The revenue the campaign has generated. We fetch the revenue from your Google Analytics account.

S

Start Time: Start time for your campaign.

Spent: Spent is the total amount spent on your campaign for the given time period.

Social %: The percentage of impressions where the ad was shown with a social context (in other words with information about a viewer’s friend(s) who interacted with your Page, Place, Event, or App).

Social Clicks: Number of times the ad was clicked with a social context (for example with information about a reader’s friend (s) that interacted with your site, your event or your application).

Social Impressions: The number of times your ad has been displayed with a social context (for example with information about a reader’s friend (s) that interacted with your site, your place, your event or your application).

Social Reach: How many people have seen your ad or sponsored event with the names of friends who have already liked your site, responded to your event or used your application.

Transactions: If you have set up e-commerce tracking with Google Analytics you will see number of sales the campaign generated here.
