If you get this error message there is something wrong with the access token that gives Qwaya access to your Facebook account and you need to get a new one to continue working.
To remove your old access token and get a new access token, please navigate to Facebook connections and remove the affected Facebook account. When you have done this, please connect the same account again. You will then get a new access token and you can continue using Qwaya.
All your templates and folders will be saved and you will not lose any work when you reconnect your Facebook user account.
