Changed password in Facebook


If you login to Qwaya and you see the above error message someone has changed the password in Facebook. When the password in Facebook is changed the access token that enables us to access your account becomes invalid.

To get a new access token click on Facebook connections in the dashboard and reconnect the effected Facebook user account.

When you click on the ‘Reconnect’ button you will be redirected to Facebook and asked to login using the new password.

All your templates and folders will be saved and you will not lose any work when you reconnect your Facebook user account.
