What is Qwaya?
Qwaya is a powerful self-service tool for any business who seeks to save time and increase performance when working with Facebook ad campaigns.
With Qwaya you can create, publish, track, optimize and organize any Facebook ad types with more sophistication and usability than the tools provided by Facebook.

What do I need to be able to use Qwaya?
In order to use Qwaya you need a Facebook account and a Facebook ad account. Since you will pay Facebook for clicks or impressions,
you will also need funding for your Facebook ad account.

How does the trial period work?
When you sign up for a Qwaya account you will get a 30 day free trial. You will get access to all the features available for the plan you subscribed to.
If you want to test all our features we recommend you to try the Basic or the Premium plan. You're free to cancel your trial at any time.

What does "X ads per day" mean?
The ads per day limit is the number of ads you can publish to Facebook each day. There is no limit on the number of ads you can manage or the number of impressions/clicks the ads can get. If you subscribe for our Basic plan (100 ads/day) you can have 500 ads running after 5 days.

I can't log in
On the 6th of March we changed the way you log in to Qwaya from Facebook connect to Email/Password. If you signed up before then you need to manually change your method of logging in.
