How do I create a campaign in Qwaya?

Step 1 - Dashboard

Click on the ad account you wish to work with. You will now be redirected to “Manage Campaigns”.

To start creating your campaign click on "Create Ads".

Step 2 - Create Ads

Click "Create ads and sponsored stories" and choose what type of ad you want to create.

Here you can find information about the different ad types.

Start adding titles, body texts, URLs and images.

Qwaya will create one creative per combination of title, body, URL and image.

Example: 2 titles, 2 bodies, 1 URL and 2 images will result in 8 creatives.

Save your work as a template.

Your template will appear in the left hand sidebar.

Drag and drop the creative template you want to use for your campaign into the main view.

The template is now activated which means you will be using these ad creatives for the campaign you are about to publish. If you look at the "Create Ads" button you can see that it says in parentheses how many creatives you have in the preview/main window.

Step 3 - Set Targeting

Click "New targeting".
Fill in the different fields to select your preferred target audience. The only obligatory field is “Country”.
Save as a template.
Press close.
Your template will appear in the left hand sidebar.
Drag and drop the targeting template you want to use for your campaign into the main view.
The template is now activated which mean you will be using this targeting for the campaign you are about to publish. If you look on at the "targeting" button you can see that it says in parentheses how many targetings you have in the preview/main window.
Proceed to "Publish"

Step 4 - Publish Ads

Click on Generate X ads.
Select to Publish your ads into a new campaign
Name the campaign and set start/end time and daily budget.
When you click “Generate X ads” the creatives and targeting you have activated in step 3 & 4 will be pulled together and you will create one ad per combination of creative and targeting. Example: 2 creatives and 6 targetings will generate 12 ads.
You can remove the ads you don't like/don't think are necessary.
Click "Publish X ads" when you have the ads you want to publish to Facebook

You have to publish one campaign at a time. When you have published your first campaign, go back to Create Ads to start your next campaign. Choose what ad creatives and targetings you want for that campaign. You can start over with new templates, copy old ones or make change to existing templates. Make sure the main views are empty before you start with your next campaign.
